Features include: - Dual zone heating and air conditioning for the entire house. - Rich colored hardwood floors throughout (with the exception of the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room as well as two bedrooms and the stairs which are carpeted). - The living room is home to a 27" television, DVD player, and VHS player. A fully controlled massage chair is also located in the living room for our guests' enjoyment. - For an additional fee, the 400+ square foot studio upstairs can serve as a classroom and accommodates up to 12 people. The room is equipped with six 8-foot long tables, twelve chairs, a projection system, and audio/video equipment for instructional purposes. Please contact us for rates and additional information about renting this room. Ready by Spring 2010. - The home is available for self-service retreats (meaning food and beverages other than the ones provided by us as snacks will have to be arranged by the event host/guests). However, there is a great local delivery service with a directory of many participating restaurants including Pat & Oscar's and others that guests can take advantage of during their stay. Ron and Christine have been happily married for 18 years and have been blessed with five wonderful children. Christine has been scrapbooking for over five years and was first introduced to rubber stamping by a relative. After realizing that patterned papers were available and photos could be combined together with them to create scrapbook pages, she was hooked! Having been a member of a few online design teams, her work has been published in scrapbooking books and magazines including the Memory Makers book entitled
